🌐 About the DS Portal
The DS Portal is our new centralised management system designed specifically for schools and community groups. It is the modern successor to Delegated Services' legacy Google-based Go To system.
Unlike the old system, which required a specific email, the new portal utilises your own organisation email address as your login. This change paves the way for future (Single Sign On) integration with Google and Microsoft.
🚀 Roadmap & Modules
Following the successful premiere of the Visits Module at the start of Term 4 (thank you to those who have helped with the occasional 'bug' and process issue, it has been very helpful) we are rapidly expanding the portal's capabilities based on user input.
- Incident Reporting: Streamlined tracking for or agreement customers' clarity and safety.
- Section 547 Management: Assistance with warning and banning issues.
- A-Z Access: The legacy Go To A-Z resource library will be migrating here.
- Audit System: A bespoke tool to replace Auditor, providing better visibility and integration of your audit records.
We plan to work towards a full Health, Safety, and Compliance management system that is modular. If you have suggestions or feedback on how we can make the portal work better for you, please get in touch.
