🌐 About the DS Portal

The DS Portal is our new centralised management system designed specifically for schools and community groups. It is the modern successor to Delegated Services' legacy Google-based Go To system.

Our Philosophy: We are a small development team driven by a simple idea: to provide what schools and the community sector actually need and want, rather than what they are "thought" to need. We believe software should be built collaboratively, and we value your feedback as we build this together.
Key Improvement: Integrated Login

Unlike the old system, which required a specific @dsdaedalus.org email, the new portal utilises your own organisation email address as your login. This change paves the way for future SSO (Single Sign On) integration with Google and Microsoft.

Platform Status: Currently, DS services are split across three platforms. We are integrating all functions into the new portal with a target of the end of the academic year. Please note: Training is currently hosted at dsportal.uk (link opens a new window) Training will shortly be integrated within the app as a module.

🚀 Roadmap & Modules

Following the successful premiere of the Visits Module at the start of Term 4 (thank you to those who have helped with the occasional 'bug' and process issue, it has been very helpful) we are rapidly expanding the portal's capabilities based on user input.

Upcoming Features
  • Incident Reporting: Streamlined tracking for or agreement customers' clarity and safety.
  • Section 547 Management: Assistance with warning and banning issues.
  • A-Z Access: The legacy Go To A-Z resource library will be migrating here.
  • Audit System: A bespoke tool to replace Auditor, providing better visibility and integration of your audit records.
Collaborative Development
